When you approach a new venue for work, how often are you told “We need to hear the band play live before we book you”. Now you can give them a CD of an actual gig. Save the extra time and money required for studio recording and get a live CD for your band - and you can sell the CD’s to your fans to help boost your income as well .


Personal-CD announces a new service for musicians. Using digital recording technology, we first record your gig or rehearsal. We mix the recording down and produce a CD of the songs you decide represent your band at its best. We can produce as many copies of the CD as required.


Costs can vary, depending on exactly what you need, but we find most musicians use our basic ‘all-in’ package. This includes: travel to and from the venue, setup time, recording the gig or rehearsal, mixing and producing one CD for each member of the band, 20 CD’s for sale to the public and 5 promotion CD’s (these contain shorter versions of the material on the other CD’s, promoters won’t listen to a five minute song!) all presented in jewel cases with disc labels and track listing. The cost of this package is €400* and you can recover a large portion of it through sales of the 20 CD’s. If you can sell a few more, you can cover your recording costs completely and even make a profit.
*This price includes up to one hour, each way, travelling time from Huércal-Overa (Almería)
